As parents, we are often required to say no to our children. And most of the time it is for a good reason. Can I stay up all night watching TV? No. Can I have ice-cream for breakfast? No. Can I jump out of the window in my superhero costume? What?! No!
Right from best of the crafts, food, birthday’s and education, I’ve tried to give my best to my son, right from his early days. However it is never easy to say ‘Yes’ all the time, there have been so many times I’ve knowingly or unknowingly said ‘No’ to him.

There are many simple and fun ways to boost your child’s immunity.
All you need to do read the tips and follow it in your daily routine. Use innovation and creativity to bring about a positive change in your children’s overall wellbeing.
Add lots of fruits and vegetables to their diet. Use innovation and creativity to serve them healthy portions of food that are rich in nutrients and vitamins. Limit their sugar intake to 30gms a day or lesser than that. Experiment by decorating their plates creatively or by cooking food differently, every time so that they don’t get bored of the same dish served again.
Fruits, nuts and vegetables for their breakfast, lunch and dinner will provide them with good amounts of nutrients and vitamins. Citrus fruits will provide them with adequate Vitamin C while fruits such as bananas will give them the health benefits of vitamin B6, manganese, dietary fiber and potassium.
Exercise will boost your children’s metabolism and keep them fit, thereby improving their immunity naturally.
Keep your children away from people having cold, cough or communicable diseases. Avoid passive smoking.
Never miss your children’s vaccinations. Be prompt in your visits to the doctor and follow his advice seriously.
Teach your kids the importance of dining and social etiquette in order to maintain health and hygiene.

Yogurt is ideal for those suffering from indigestion. Probiotics, or the "live active cultures" found in yogurt, are healthy bacteria that keep the gut and intestinal tract free of disease-causing germs.
Good food without turmeric is indeed incomplete. Turmeric contains curcumin which has anti-bacterial and healing properties. So use turmeric in your diet regularly.
Ginger is a vegetative root that has immense antimicrobial potential which can help in treating infectious diseases. People most commonly use ginger paste to enhance the flavour of the food. Try using it as chutney or ginger ale aswell.
